This quiz is about the patriot act. I hope you enjoy it.
An objective survey should not advocate for the beliefs of the individual doing the survey. These questions were biased and they sucked.
correction: as for #5, unless it seems obvious that the house is one of a direct terrorist involved in cobat at the time, it is not an issue of war.
justice, we need and ought not follow it. The Spirit overrides the letter of the Constitution (universally true). If it is, it should never be broken.
As for #20: The rights of who? If it is the rights of the terrorists, certaintly take them away! They take other's rights away, they don't deserve to have their own. If it is the rights of the third world country citizens, never. Freedom over security.
Therefore, the only just way to torture a human being is if he tortured another human being. I understand that this might mean risking more lives, but once again, freedom over security.
As for rules: The only "rules" that were meant to exist in this country (Constitutionally and according to universal truth) are those that defend freedom and enforce justice.

As for #5: Unless it seems obvious that the house is one of a direct terrorist, it is not an issue of war. I discussed above how freedom supercedes security.
As for trial: Everyone needs a trial just to show that he/she is guilty. The spirit of our constitution says that EVERY human being has rights, not just the ones in our country.
As for torture: It is both universal truth and quoted by the spirit of our Constitution that EVERY human being deserves justice.
Will more of our freedoms be taken away? The government exists to defend freedom. This is both universal truth and Constitutional fact. Protecting lives is also a duty, but, when the two collide, both Constitutionally and according to universal truth, defending freedom supercedes protecting lives.
Buttonz: Ignorance is a foothold to tyranny. I don't see why you would let the government just trample all over your freedoms when you have the power, as a citizen of whatever country you are in, to stand up for yourself and for freedom.
lovely_lindsey: The problem is that not everybody wants their right to privacy taken away. When people start giving the government powers it shouldn't have in desperate situations, who knows what powers people will give it in extremely desperate situations.
