One Night Could Change Everything (Teen Love Story) Part 2

Okay, so this is basically season 2 to the original story. I've decided to make this story pretty long, I'm not sure how long exactly though. So if you've just randomly stumbled across this, the first part is in my favorites section or on the 4th page of the quizzes I've created if you feel like browsing. Anyways, like before, there will be slow parts and dramatic parts so just be patient and don't forget to comment and rate. Enjoy :)

Chapter 3

The adorably talented Mr. Knight

"So what do you want to do now?" I asked. We were still sitting in his room. I was basically thinking over everything he had just told me about his parents, while watching the fish tank. It was really beautiful. And so peaceful with the fish just swimming around carefree. "Hm, I could make you something to eat." he suggested. "But we just had lunch not too long ago..." He shrugged and stood up.

"I really love that tank, do you ever keep it on at night?" I asked. "Every single night actually, come on." He said and lead me out of his room. We stopped in the kitchen and he gestured for me to sit at the counter. I did while he went over to the sink to wash his hands. "What would you like to eat?" he asked. I wasn't exactly sure of how good his cooking skills were, so I didn't want to push it. "You choose, something easy."

"Chloe, I've been asked on multiple occasions to do my own cooking show, because I'm just that good, now pick something." he said with a smirk. I rolled my eyes. "Hm, well I haven't had pancakes in awhile.." "Ah perfect choice my dear, it just so happens that my blueberry pancakes are legendary!" He said loudly, like he was on live tv. I tried to suppress a laugh, but failed. "Okay, first I will need flour and a decent mixing bowl." He muttered.

He continued to talk about all the different ingredients and utensils he would need, speaking like this really was a show. I got the impression that this wasn't the first time he pretended to do so. Watching Aaron being so playful and adorable gave me a strange ache. Not like the other ache I felt whenever he was upset or hurt, this was so...Opposite. Seeing him happy, made me happy. As simple as that.

I could have easily sat in that kitchen all day with him. It had a lot to do with the fact that he finally opened up to me. I had a feeling that it took quite a bit of trust for him to do so, which sucked. Because there was a fifty percent chance that I was going to end up breaking his heart in the end... "And for the final touch, just a small scoop of fresh whip cream on top, there now give it a taste. But remember to be honest, I can certainly take the criticism." He said and placed a plate of pancakes in front of me.

I had no idea of how he got them to look so perfect, like they were gourmet or something. Only Aaron. Sigh. I picked up my fork, ignoring how intently he was watching, and took a bite. I chewed slowly, trying to mess with him. "Hm...Well, these are literally the best I've ever tasted Aaron, Like, oh my gosh! How did you become such a good cook?" I asked, going for another bite. He seemed relieved.

"Like I said, my grandma taught me a lot about cooking, and she also taught me how to iron, so if you have any laundry that needs to be done, I'm here." he muttered. I chuckled. He sat across the counter and ate with me. We talked a little, but mostly ate. One of the sucky things about being a teenager, you're always hungry. "Hey Chloe?" he said after a few minutes. "Yeah?" "Could I tell you something, even if it might make you mad?" I glanced up at him.

He was staring down at the plate, his finger rubbing over a bruise on his jaw. "I guess..." I mumbled hesitantly. He took a deep breath and spoke with his eyes still trained down. "You know back when I first started dating Alyssa and you asked me if I had some reason behind it and I said no, that I just liked her?" "Um, yeah." "Well see, I lied. The only reason, and I do mean the 'only' reason I ever started dating Alyssa was to, um, get closer to you." he finished quietly.

"Oh." That was unexpected. I had wondered if there had been some kind of ulterior motive and I guess there was. How do you properly react to something like that? All I wanted to do was jump up and down and give into the familiar butterflies doing somersaults in my stomach. On the outside I kind of just pursed my lips, like this wasn't a big deal. "Well...It worked." I mumbled with a nervous little laugh.

"Yeah, I know that was kind of random, but I thought you should know. Trust me when I say I never wanted to use Alyssa, I never realized she would like, 'fall' for me. I'm sorry, I must seem like some creepy stalker-" "I don't think you're a creepy stalker." I cut in. Our eyes met briefly before he gave a small smile. "Uh, um, thanks." he muttered and took our now empty plates to the sink. I used the moment of his back being turned to take several deep breaths.

Why did the mood feel different now? Was it because I could now freely kiss Aaron at any moment and it wouldn't technically be cheating? Was it because we had talked and got all our secrets all out in the open? Was it- oh God, why did Aaron's azz have to look so fantastic in those jeans?? Oh crap, now I'm staring! Must look away... Thankfully he turned back and sat at the counter again.

I don't know, but am I the only one who finds it quite unnerving to have the object of your affection just look at you? I was seriously trying not to squirm under his stare, but to look back. At least pretend I had some shread of confidence. He chuckled slightly and started to lean forward. Before I had a chance to fully freak out he gently rubbed his thumb over the corner of my mouth.

"You have a bit of syrup..." he murmured. I have no idea where my boldness came from, but I turned just slightly and kissed his thumb. I would have blushed but I was thoroughly enjoying the short intake of breath from him. "Chloe.." He breathed. "Yes?" "I'm going to kiss you now." he whispered, already leaning forward. "O-okay." I stuttered out as his lips covered mine. I could tell from the softness and the way his mouth was moving that he was holding back.

Probably not wanting to be overbearing or whatever. Quite frankly I wanted more fierceness. I wanted that passion only he could bring out. "Aaron." I gasped when he pulled back. "Mh?" "Really kiss me this time." I said. His lips went back to mine with a groan. He pulled me up onto the counter, my arms wrapping around his neck, and my legs doing the same to his waist. He stood with one hand pressed against the small of my back, while the other was caressing my cheek.

His tongue slowly swept across mine, teasing as it went, but it was enough to make me melt. If he hadn't been holding me so securely I probably would have collapsed off the counter. I know it's a little soon for me to start making out with one of my potential lovers, I did just tell them both about my plan only three hours ago...But he did just make me delicious food, and he looks so hot, and, no. I'm not going to justify wanting to kiss someone I love. All that matters is that we both want this right now.

I couldn't help but moan at the way his nails dug into my lower back. I was loving every bit of this. I let my hand roam up his chest to his jaw. I squinted down at the bruises. "Does your jaw hurt?" I murmured. "No mfine." he said against my lips. I ran my fingers over the bruises making him shudder. Since his bottom lip was still kind of swollen I gently tugged it into my mouth, running my tongue carefully over the spot his lip ring would usually be.

"God, Chloe, you.." He gasped and tightened his grip on my waist kissing me back strongly. When I finally pulled back to breathe his lips chased mine until they were pressed together again, not wanting to seperate just yet. I couldn't help but giggle at how adorable he was. I felt the corners of his mouth turn up in a smile as well. After a small eternity we did have to pull away from each other. Damn oxygen.

"Chloe, that was just...I'm at a loss, really I don't know what to say." he muttered, leaning our foreheads together. "Did I do a good job of keeping you from being lonely?" He smiled and pecked my cheek. "You certainly did sweetheart."

"Good. Thanks for the pancakes by the way, you should be a celebrity chef." I said. "Were they the stuff of legends?" He asked, his tone teasing. I nodded. "Absolutely." "I'm glad you think so, next time bring a pair of wrinkly jeans and I'll show you my even more legendary ironing skills."

(In case anyone was wondering I try to update every Monday and Friday. So, patience and comments please)
