Kassandra Claire Bennett, better known as KC, fell in love with Justin Bieber.

But wait, what if he left her?

Then, get this, came back after two freaking years.

Oh heck no.

Chapter 2

Tears Wasted

I woke up to 'I Do Not Hook Up' by Kelly Clarkson. I blindly grabbed my phone.

"Hello?" I groaned.

"Is this Kassandra Bennett?" A man asked.

"Who wants to know?" I asked suspiciously.

"Scooter Braun, recording artist. I heard you could sing," he said.

"I'm alright, I guess," I said. I looked at my alarm clock and groaned again. "What's so important that you're calling me at 5:01 AM?" I asked.

"How long until you can be at Island Def Jam Records?" he asked.

"Give me half an hour. But, I can only stay until Noon." I said before hanging up. I groggily got up. I changed into this: http://www.polyvore.com/hippies_rule/set?id=24358173. I brushed my hair and teeth and grabbing my phone. I walked out to my car and after leaving a note, left for the studio.

I pulled in and walked inside. "Good morning" a young secretary said.

"'Morning," I said with a bleary smile. "Scooter called me."

"Oh you must be Kassandra. I was told to expect you." She smiled. "I'm Rebecca. It's the last room on the left."

I nodded slightly and began walking down the hall. I looked through the window and saw an older man talking to- What the freak?! Was that- Christian, Chaz, and Ryan? But that must mean- And then I saw him. He walked out of a booth and walked over to the boys. I had sunglasses on so my eyes wouldn't give me away. He knew my eyes too well. He looked up and smiled a crooked smile at me. I was frozen. Tears streamed down my cheeks as all those memories came back to me. I gripped the frame of the glasses and threw them to the floor. It was one thing to see him, but for him to see me in glasses that he had bought me? It was too much. I opened my eyes and when he realized it was me, his mouth dropped open. I turned on my heels and walked out to my car.

I climbed in and drove to the park. I got out and walked to the swings.

I sat on a swing in Littlefield Park. Just then someone wrapped their arms around me. I was startled. "Justin!" I gasped.

He kissed my cheek and continued to hold his arms around me. "Hi shawty," /he said.

"You are a butthead." I said as Justin walked around in front of me. He smiled and pulled me up. He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me close.

He bent his head down and whispered in my ear, "Am I now?"

I shuddered. "Hmm, yes, yes you're still a butthead." I murmured.

He chuckled. "Is that so?" He asked he pulled his head back to look at me.

I nodded my head. "Yep," I smiled.

He kissed me softly on lips. "And how about now?" he asked, grinning slightly.

"Huh?" I said, dazed slightly.

"Good," he smiled again. He led me to a bench and made me sit down before sitting down next to me. "I bought you something." He said softly. He pulled out a rectangular box.

"Justin, you didn't-" I said as I gave him a look.

"I know, but I needed to." He said. He handed me the box.

I opened it and inside was a silver chain with turquoise studs every few chain lengths. "Justin, I-I don't know what to say. It's beautiful," I breathed. I was looking down at the box when Justin moved his fingers under my chin and made me look up at him.

"It's my promise that I'll always be with you, no matter what." He said as he cradled my face in his hands.

"And you know that you don't need to get me gifts to show me this, right?" I said softly.

"I know," he said as he kissed me lightly. When he pulled away he asked, "Do you want me to help you with that?"

"Please?" I asked as I turned my back to him and moved my hair aside.

He clasped the necklace around my neck and I turned to look at him. "Remember, my promise for forever and always." He murmured. I kissed him lightly.

"Forever and always," I smiled.

End of Flashback

I sat on the swing watching a cat wonder aimlessly down the winding sidewalk, not even realizing that my hand had drifted to the necklace I had warn every day since he had given it to me. But you know what sucked? And I mean really sucked? The day I had called and no one answered, that day was December 24th. The jerk had left on freaking Christmas freaking Eve! Oh great, another flashback in progress.

I stood by Lake Lanier and sat on the hood of my blue Mustang watching as millions of stars dotted the sky. I was wearing a simple white dress that went a little below my knees. Justin wanted me to wait here, said it was a 'surprise'. He knew I absolutely hated surprises. I stood up and leaned against the railing, surprised when a shooting star whizzed across the sky.

I stood there for an hour, maybe two. I looked at my watch to make sure I got the time right; he had said 8:30, right?

I waited another 15 minutes before I picked up my phone and dialed Justin's number.

Rrrriiiinnnnggg. Rrrriiiinnnnggg.

We're sorry, the number you have dialed is invalid. Please hang up and try again.

I hung up and tears were streaming down my cheeks.

I called Ally.

"KC, what's wrong?" She asked.

"Ally, he left. He left without so much as a goodbye." I sobbed.

"Are you sure? Maybe he's just running late." She suggested.

"Two hours and fifteen minutes late? You've got to be kidding me! Alls, he left me, tonight of all nights." I whimpered.

"Shh, it'll be okay," she whispered.

"Can I just come to your house tonight?" I asked in a whisper.

"Of course, I'll see you shortly." She said. I hung up and began driving to her house.

End of Flashback

My eyes stung with fresh tears. I looked up from my hands and was surprised to see Ally already on her morning Saturday jog. She just happened to look over and almost fell flat on her face when she saw me. She ran to the swing next to me.

"Boo, what's wrong?" She asked. I love this girl as much as a girl loves chocolate.

"He's back, Alls, and today is the two year anniversary of the day he left." I said as tears cascaded down my cheeks.

"No freaking way! You said he's back, after two freaking years?! No possible way. Maybe you were just hallucinating or something." She said, trying her damned near hardest to not believe me.

"Alls, it was no hallucination. He was there, Christian was there, Ryan was there, and Chaz was there too." I said.

She just sat there gaping at me like the total retard friend she is.

"I'm going to go home, get a shower, get dressed, eat breakfast and then maybe we can get an early shopping start." I said. I gave her a quick hug before walking to my car and driving home.
