Yes but you can't time travel... decisions you make now will affect certain things in life! But not majorly!
I don't believe that we're supposed to have any events happen to us that are out of our contral. I believe that there is no such thing as the future. I believe it's just the way our decisions and other's impact our lives. What we call the future others could call past.
Yes, but only by the present.
all time can. future past and present.
Tracks. Basically, what I'm saying, is that if it's your destiny to get hit be the train, you'll get hit. But the reason you get hit, that's the effect you have on the future, your "Free will."

Do you try to get across before it gets there, or wait? If you go, your car might stall on the tracks. Do yo try to start it, get out on foot and run, or wait for the train to hit you? If you get out and run, your foot might get caught in the tracks. Lets just say you waited for the train to pass in the beginning. You might get rear ended onto the
Technically, I think we're always altering the future. What do in the present becomes the past but shapes the future.
Yush and I'm meaning the Tardis xD
I believe it can if you do something to alter it!
We're the creators of our own destiny. God -or the universe, depends on what you believe in- has given us free will to do whatever we want. And you might say that "that's your own destiny". Some people have the power to change other people's future. Such as prime ministers.
E.G: if the prime minister of South Korea -cant remember if north or south- had decided to nuke us all, our future would be different.
Dear god I go in depth with this stuff -.-'
